Jak Lingko Socialized to RT/RW Administrators of Cipayung

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-department (Sudinhub) socializes Jak Lingko to 40 LMK and RT/RW administrators of Cipayung Sub-district.

We want more people to know more about Jak Lingko

"We want more people to know more about Jak Lingko thus they can prefer to use public transport than private vehicles," stated Umbul Gunawan, East Jakarta Transprotation Sub-department's Road Transportation Section Head, Tuesday (9/10).

His side stated that currently East Jakarta has 18 Jak Lingko routes from total 32 routes target. While each routes has 40-50 transport units. In this socialization, he also informed the participants about fare, electronic card price and others.

"PT. Transjakarta also participates by giving them Jak Lingko card for free," he added.

Recently, his side extends Jak Lingko trial until September 30. During the trial, passengers who use Jak Lingko card can ride for free. It means, their balance won't be cut off when they tap their card to the tapping machine.

"We will intensify socialization about Jak Lingko to all 10 sub-districts in East Jakarta," he asserted.

Meanwhile, Cipayung Sub-district Secretary, Wawa Kartiwa mentioned, local residents are enthused with Jak Lingko socialization in Cipayung.

"Hopefully there will be more Jak Lingko routes and its area can be expanded thus more people can get its benefits," he expressed.
